Immunotherapy and circulating tumor DNA in HPV-positive oropharyngeal cancer
BACKGROUND: Human papillomavirus-positive oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma is biologically distinct, yet the effect of immune checkpoint inhibition and the performance of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) as a biomarker remain undefined. The three studies contributing immunotherapy-associated estimates (k = 3, n = 126) showed no benefit (PFS HR, 0.96; 95% CI, 0.58-1.59; OS HR, 0.90; 95% CI, 0.62-1.32).

LLM-supported self-diagnosis and self-treatment of familial Mediterranean fever
We report the case of a 34-year-old male of Egyptian origin with recurrent episodes of fever, severe migratory abdominal pain, arthralgia, myalgia, and intermittent erythematous skin lesions since early childhood. However, liver enzymes increased, prompting temporary treatment discontinuation and dose reduction.
Near-term implementable findingMachine Learning for Predicting Dental Caries Presence and Severity
INTRODUCTION: Although preventable, dental caries remains a global public health challenge due to its multifactorial nature and the deep influence of socio-structural determinants. The non-clinical triage models demonstrated significant Net Benefit in DCA across all groups, effectively identifying high-risk individuals for prioritization without requiring clinical examination.

BACKGROUND: The Hippo pathway is a critical regulator of tumor development and progression, dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives tumorigenesis in multiple malignancies. CONCLUSION: BPI-460,372 demonstrated a distinct pharmacokinetic profile and showed preliminary antitumor activity in patients with advanced solid tumors.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: To describe real-world treatment-transition pathways, early IDegLira dosing patterns, treatment simplification, and observed short-term clinical outcomes among Chinese adults with type 2 diabetes (T2D). The findings are descriptive and hypothesis-generating, and may inform clinical discussions and future comparative studies.
