Clinical outcomes were evaluated in 82 dogs with B-cell lymphoma treated with adoptive T-cell therapy following cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone chemotherapy.
Dogs treated with adoptive T-cell therapy for lymphoma showed clinical responses, generating early real-world data informing future controlled studies.
Dogs with B-cell lymphoma treated with adoptive T-cell therapy (ACT) following CHOP chemotherapy showed clinical responses, providing early real-world data on ACT efficacy and adverse event profiles in this setting. These findings may inform the design of prospective controlled studies evaluating ACT in canine B-cell lymphoma and potentially inform human translational research.
