This retrospective institutional series examines the safety of combining radiation therapy with bispecific CD20/CD3 antibodies (mosunetuzumab, glofitamab, or epcoritamab) in relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma, demonstrating feasibility with manageable toxicity. The findings provide preliminary evidence supporting rational combination of these two immunotherapy-compatible modalities, particularly for consolidation of bulky disease or CNS prophylaxis scenarios.
